Emily Stobs has a knack for writing exciting television dramas that grab your attention in less than an hour. At the start, she was attending school for animation but found she was not going in the right direction. After months of binge watching Dexter, Sons of Anarchy, and Breaking Bad, she discovered her new path. She would shift her talents to television and bring her characters to life on paper. Emily’s talent for giving each character a unique voice and staying true to that point of view is her specialty.

 

She graduated with a BFA in Creative Writing for Entertainment from Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL where she studied screenwriting and television formatting.  She is currently on working on gaining valuable experience through entertainment based internships. Emily welcomes the challenge of adapting to an established character’s voice and enjoys punctuating her dramas with surprise twists that delight the audience.

 

Emily is currently working at Fine Brothers Entertainment in TV Development, developing unscripted TV series to be pitched to networks.
